Microdosing is a small dose, usually less than one gram (0.3 to 0.8 grams), that is safe for internal use. This dose is determined after many years of research by mycologists and ethnomycologists and depends on the individual characteristics and experience of the person.

Microdosing of fly agaric produces effects due to its active components, including ibotenic acid, muscarine, muscimol, polysaccharides, glycoproteins, alkaloids, ergosterol, triterpenoids, organic acids, vitamins, microelements and others. This ensures its action as a regulator of physiological processes in the human body.

Has a moderate antihypoxic and anticonvulsant effect. The hypotensive effect of fly agaric helps to reduce high blood pressure and, in case of tachycardia, slightly reduces the heart rate.

Traditionally, the red fly agaric is consumed whole or in pieces, washed down with a small amount of water. A safe dosage is up to 4 caps; eating up to 10 mushrooms can cause severe intoxication.

Fly agaric in complex therapy is taken orally from 1 to 3 grams per day for 1-2 months, with a break of 2-6 weeks. It is important to maintain the accuracy of the dosage.
